There is no "Name and Shame" as the players he is referring to are having the same issues as him. In the end, the video points out various issues in the game and also positive feedback in other areas. As Killerwhale spent a good amount of time with them in TS3 checking everything. Whether they were nerfed or it was a bug. Where I only saw the players mentioned catching regular and a trophy fish maybe a total of 6 to 10 in a 4hr real life period. This is how the gap on the leaderboards changed dramatically. Ppl before that update where catching Unique every 5-10 minutes as I was there. The video was taken after Cali got a Live Update and changes (Never posted in the News btw).

I'm only level 18, so can't go and check things out myself, but if lots of other people are catching them while he suddenly can't, then he has a right to claim "foul" until the dev's confirm or deny his queries! I watched the full 2 hour video for the most part and admit I only saw one other person catch a unique in the chat box, so the video didn't really back up his claims IMO. If you're catching unique's left, right and center then suddenly everyone else is catching them except you, and fighting to maintain the number one fisherman in the game spot on the leaderboard.and failing, wouldn't you be a little suspicious too?
